Expert Care For Hand, Wrist, And Elbow Conditions

Clear answers and treatment plans that make sense

Patients who consult our Kingwood hand surgeon receive treatment for a wide range of hand, wrist, and elbow problems, from nerve pain and tendon injuries to fractures, arthritis, and sports-related strain. Each condition is carefully evaluated before recommending treatment, whether that involves therapy, minimally invasive procedures, or surgery. The focus is on reducing pain, improving movement, and helping patients return to daily activities, work, and sports comfortably.

Minimally Invasive Hand & Upper Extremity Treatments

Effective Procedures for Faster Recovery

Many hand, wrist, and elbow problems can be treated using less invasive methods. These methods reduce damage to surrounding tissue. When suitable, our hand surgeon uses smaller incisions and precise techniques to limit pain, scarring, and recovery time. This approach may help reduce pain and support a smoother recovery in appropriate cases.

Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel

Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Release [Arthrex Centerline System]

Our Kingwood hand surgeon performs this minimally invasive carpal tunnel procedure using a small incision to relieve on the median nerve, which often reduces pain and numbness.

Arthrex InternalBrace®

Arthrex InternalBrace™ Ligament Augmentation System

This technique supports ligament repair in the hand and wrist by reinforcing the repair, providing temporary support during healing while natural ligament recovery occurs.

Wide-Awake Hand Surgery

Wide-awake Hand Surgery [Walant Technique]

Certain hand procedures can be performed while the patient is wide awake; it is often well-tolerated and avoids general anesthesia.
